
Ingredients:
Leftover turkey
Ready made pie crusts (one for each pie)
3 packets of turkey gravy mix per pie
Leftover stuffing, peas, potatoes, carrots....whatever you have!
Cut leftover turkey into bite sized pieces. Place in bottom of pie plates. Add whatever other leftovers you'd like to use. Stuffing adds great flavor.
Make the gravy according to package directions, in a saucepan. Pour over turkey and leftovers in each pie. Unroll refrigerated crusts and top the pies. Poke a few holes in each pie with a fork.
Place pies in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes, and then reduce heat to 350 degrees for another 30-40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
This is a delicious way to use up all your leftover turkey using a simple recipe that the whole family will enjoy.
